Zahira College Colombo, a school that has always held a penchant for Rugby and the sevens format in particular once again throws open this exciting tournament on the eve of the schools rugby season.
The “Zahira Rugby Sevens” will be held for the 6th consecutive year on 3rd March 2013 at the Zahira College, Colombo Grounds from 8am onwards. This event has now grown in popularity among the rugby playing schools. Fourteen Sri Lankan schools are due to participate this year with a foreign school From Malaysia as well.
This is an one day event will draw a large crowd to the ground mainly consisting of students of schools taking part and the parents.
