Experienced Fly Half, Asiri Senevirathne has been appointed Captain of Kingswood College Rugby ahead of the 2020 Schools Rugby Season.
Kingswood College have been a great threat to all teams they’ve played against, but a league title has always remained a dream for them, since their victory in 2008. In and out of Division ‘A’, Kingswood will look to regain glory under Senevirathne’s captaincy.

Having survived in Division ‘A’ after finishing on top in the Plate Championship, the Kingswood Rugby fraternity will have high hopes of a much-improved performance this season, especially with the return of league winning coach Nilfer Ibrahim.
Asiri has been one of their key players throughout the past few seasons. Half back combinations for Kingswood have always prospered in the past and last season’s combination too showed so much promise when Hirusha Sampath and Asiri Senevirathne lined up along-side each other.
