Last year runners up Vidyaloka College, Galle and Ananda Sastralaya, Kotte declared joint champions of the Under 19 Division 3 Tier A inter schools limited Overs cricket tournament conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association and sponsored by Sri Lanka Cricket yesterday (17th December).
Final match ended with no result due to rain at Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket stadium Sooriyawewa. Match witnessed a delayed start due to ground wet conditions. The game was reduced to 39 overs per side. Vidyaloka College won the toss and elected to bat first and they managed to post 108 runs for no wicket in 19.5 overs before rain brought curtains on the game.
