Experienced Sri Lankan fast bowler Udeshika Prabodhani has returned home after sustaining a hamstring injury while training for the white-ball series in New Zealand.
The left-arm pacer is set to begin her rehabilitation, while selectors have named youngster Malki Madara as her replacement. Madara joined the squad on Sunday, March 2.

The tour features three ODIs and three T20Is, with the first ODI currently underway at McLean Park, Napier. The remaining ODIs are scheduled for March 7 and 9, followed by the three T20Is on March 14, 16, and 18.
