The T20 series opener will be played tomorrow at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium in Hambanthota between the hosts, Sri Lanka and Australia.
The tournament will be played in two legs, starting with the T20 series followed by the 50-over series which will be played at the iconic Galle International Cricket Stadium.

Manudi Nanayakara will lead Sri Lanka while Josie Groves and Amy Smith are set to lead England and Australia respectively.
In the pre-tournament press conference earlier today, both the visiting captains were quite concerned about the high temperatures in Hambantota these days while all 3 captains stressed the importance of this series in their respective preparations for the 2025 U19 women’s T20 World Cup which is to be held in Malaysia.
