The group stage of the SLSCA Under 19 Division 1 Limited Overs Tournament concluded with 16 teams qualifiying for the knock-out stage (8 teams each from Tier A & Tier B).
Mahanama College, Colombo (X1), St. Benedict’s College, Kotahena (X2), Trinity College, Kandy (X3), St. Joseph’s College, Colombo (X4), Richmond College (Y1), St. Sebastian’s College, Moratuwa (Y2), Maliyadeva College, Kurunegala (Y3) and St. Anthony’s College, Kandy (Y4) have qualified for the quarterfinals from Tier A.

Mahanama College managed to top the points table of Group X in the Tier A segment, registering 6 wins in 8 games while St. Benedict’s College took 2nd place with 5 wins in 8 games. Trinity College and St. Joseph’s College also recorded 5 wins but were positioned at 3rd and 4th places based on Net Run Rate.
Richmond College who ended the Group stage unbeaten, winning all 8 games they played, topped Group Y in the Tier A segment while St. Sebastian’s College grabbed 2nd place, registering 5 wins in 8 games. Maliyadeva College also recorded 5 wins but were positioned in 3rd place based on Net Run Rate while St. Anthony’s College were placed in 4th position with 4 wins in 8 games.

St. Peter’s College managed to top the points table of Group X in the Tier B segment winning all 8 games they played while Isipathana College secured 2nd place with 7 wins in 8 games. St. Servatius College who won 6 matches took 3rd place while St. Joseph Vaz College were positioned at 4th place winning 5 games.
Maris Stella College, Mahinda College and Thurstan College recorded 6 wins each but ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively based on their Net Run Rates. Devapathiraja College who secured 4 wins grabbed 4th place.
