The St. Thomas batters showed such a poor performance in both innings as they were blown away for 77 & 76 respectively. Yenula Dewtusa was the real threat to watch with the ball in a record match bagging 9 wickets to guide St. Joseph’s College to an innings victory.

Amesh Thennakoon scored 137 runs to take his side to a 1st innings lead against Prince Of Wales College. However, they were 258/8 when the match ended in draw.

Thurstan College were able to dismiss the St. Aloysius’ batters for 111 runs to take 1st innings lead after posting 156. However, the Thurstan batters posted only 162 runs to set a target of 208 runs for their opponents, as they chased down the target to register a 6-wicket win.
