Badureliya registered an enormous 254 run win over Kaluthara Town while Air Force beat BRC by 7 wickets in the Under 23 Division 1 cricket tournament.

Winning the toss and selecting to bowl came back to haunt Kaluthara Town CC as Badureliya recorded a commanding 289 in their allotted 50 overs for the loss of just 5 wickets. Stylish batsman Sachin Hewawasam top scored for Badureliya with 77. Pathum Madusanka kept his consistent run as he converted a start to score 57 while Kavindu Mananperi made an unbeaten 51.
Rusiru Ravishanka (2/70) and Gayan Kanishka (2/68) picked up four wickets between them as they did not manage to contain Badureliya.

BRC vs Air Force
Winning the toss and bowling first Air Force made full use of the conditions as they bowled BRC out for just 90 runs in 24 overs. Dilip Tharaka picked 4/10 as Mendis (2/14), Heshan Umendra (2/28) and Milan Priyantha (2/32) wrapped up the innings of BRC in just 24 overs.
Air Force made easy work of the target as Udayawansha Parakrama made an unbeaten 27 and Wishwa Chathuranga 24 guided Air Force to a 7 wicket win at the FTZ Ground.
