Sri Lanka have added two late additions to their ODI squad for the ongoing Afghanistan series in Pallekelle.
Fast-bowler Pramod Madushan, who is nursing a hamstring injury, has been ruled out of the 3-match series. He is replaced by right-arm seamer Milan Rathnayake. 26-year-old seamer from Kurunegala represents Moors Sports Club and has taken 24 list A wickets in 23 games.

Bhanuka Rajapaksa, left-handed middle-order batter who withdrew from ODI cricket citing mental and physical fatigue, has been replaced by SSC middle-order batter Nuwanidu Fernando, young brother of Test seamer – Vishwa Fernando.
Nuwanidu Fernando – who is still 23 years old, has scored over 700 runs in 21 list A innings. In the recently concluded SLC Major League 3-day Tournament, Fernando slammed 899 runs in 14 innings. He is expected to join the team today (25th November) whilst Rathnayake was already with the squad as a reserve seamer.
Both Rathnayake and Fernando will be available for selection for the next two games, scheduled to be played on the 27th and 30th November at the same venue.
