The Tamil Nadu Youth Men’s Volleyball team concluded their tour of Sri Lanka, winning 4 of the 5 matches held in different parts of the island.
Their 1st game was against the Sri Lanka Youth National team at the Radawana Golden Birds Grounds in Gampaha. The Tamil Nadu team defeated Sri Lanka Youth 3-0 (25-20, 25-18 & 25-15) in a convincing manner. In their 2nd match, Tamil Nadu Youth beat Ceylon Electricity Board 25-23, 25-19 & 25-20 at the Horana United Grounds.
The 3rd match against Jaffna Combined team was an easy win for Tamil Nadu Youth at the Puthur Valarmathi Grounds. They won in straight sets once again 25-14, 25-18 & 25-23. Sri Lanka Army defeated Tamil Nadu Youth 3-0 in the 4th match of the tour. In a closely contested match, Army won 25-22, 25-18 & 27-25 at the Vavuniya Municipal Council Ground.

The 5th and final match of the tour was against North-Western United, where Tamil Nadu Youth won 25-13, 25-14 & 26-24 at the Dambadeniya Public Grounds.
The Tamil Nadu Youth team are the current Champions of the Indian Youth league.
