The 2016 Dialog Champions League Super 8 week 2 fixtures which were scheduled to be on the 11th of September have been shifted to 14th September.
The change comes after an overwhelming amount of requests that came through to the Football Federation of Sri Lanka to postpone the match day, as the Eid-al-Adha the Feast of Sacrifice falls on the 12th of September.
The FFSL in consideration of the religious occasion has shifted the two fixtures that were originally scheduled to be played on the 11th to the 14th of September. The matches on the 13th will be played as scheduled.
The 14th September fixtures are;
Blue Star SC v Air Force SC – 4:00pm
Renown SC v New Youngs FC – 6:00pm
All DCL16 Super 8 week 2 matches will be played at the CR&FC grounds.
