Commentary panel for England Tests announced

Sri Lanka Cricket has announced the panel of commentators who will call the action at the upcoming Test series between Sri Lanka and England. 

Former New Zealand fast bowler and renowned commentator Simon Doull, former English batsmen Mark Butcher and Owais Shah and former Sri Lankan batsman Russel Arnold will take the mic along with Sri Lankan broadcaster Roshan Abeysinghe to take the game to the viewers across the globe.

Simon Doull who has been regular feature in the IPL (Indian Premier League) commentary panel is a major addition in this 5-member commentary panel.  Englishmen Mark Butcher and Owais Shah will be the voices of the England team but Shah may know a thing or two about Sri Lankan players as he worked as the head coach of Dambulla Viiking in the recently concluded LPL (Lanka Premier League). 

Russel Arnold and Roshan Abeysinghe who have been the voices of Sri Lankan cricket over the years will bring their knowledge and expertise to this commentary panel as usual.

The two match test series between Sri Lanka and England which is part of the World Test Championship (WTC) will take place from 14th January to 26th January behind closed doors. Both test matches will be played at the Galle International Cricket Stadium.
