St. Mary’s College, Kegalle was able to record an easy outright win against Bandaranayake College, Gampaha.
After conceding a first-innings win, the Marians came back strongly to bundle out the home team to 47 in their second innings. Lasitha Udahage took a match bag of 9 wickets which enabled them the victory. Gajitha Kotuwegoda made 39 and 31* respectively in both innings.

Dharmasoka College, Ambalangoda secured first-innings points at the end of day one in their group C encounter against Gurukula College at Ambalangoda UC grounds.
After being sent into bat, Gurukula College were dismissed for 180. Udara Ravindu top scored with an outstanding 95 runs while Kalindu Nadeeshan took 3 for 13 runs with the ball.
