Sri Lanka Women’s National Baseball team faced their third and final game (In preliminaries) against Pakistan outfit at the Women’s Baseball Asian Cup Qualifiers Tournament in Bangkok, Thailand. But well experienced Pakistan ladies easily outperform the islanders to clinch a 10 – 5 victory.
In the first inning Sri Lanka scored 4 runs while Pakistan made a strong reply with 7 runs. In the next inning Pakistan scored a point while Sri Lanka failed to score. During other innings Sri Lanka managed to score once while Pakistan managed to score twice.

Though the young Sri Lankan girls displayed a courageous performance, they were beaten by the Pakistan side comprehensively.
