Ashan Priyanjan is set to lead the Board President’s XI side against the touring New Zealanders in a T20 Warm-up game to be held on the 29th of August at the Marians Cricket Grounds in Katunayake.
The 12-man squad includes 7 players picked in the T20 squad for Sri Lanka’s 3-match series against the visiting Kiwis, which is set to commence on the 1st of September. The likes of Shehan Jayasuriya, Wanindu Hasaranga, Lahiru Madushanka and Danushka Gunathilake will be keen to put in a good performance in the warm-up game as they vie for spots in the Sri Lankan XI come September.

All 3 T20Is between the BlackCaps and Sri Lanka will be held at the Pallekelle International Cricket Stadium.
