SLC requests for rescheduling of India T20Is

The Sri Lankan Cricket board has reportedly requested a change of schedule for their upcoming tour of India.

The Tour, which is set to consist of 2 Tests and 3 T20 Internationals, will be played form the 25^th of February to the 18^th of March. According to Times of India, SLC has requested the BCCI to move the T20Is ahead of the 2-Test series, as team Sri Lanka will be coming directly off a 5-match T20I series against Australia, making the logistics of bubble to bubble transfer easier than if they had to play the Tests first (the Test squad would feature different players).

The two Tests are set to be played in Bengaluru and Mohali, while the T20Is will be played in Dharamsala and Lucknow.

February 25^th – March 1^st – 1^st Test

March 5^th – 9^th – 2^nd Test

March 13^th – 1^st T20I

March 15^th – 2^nd T20I

March 18^th – 3^rd T20I
