The Sri Lanka Cricket Selection Committee has announced a 14-member Sri Lanka Women’s ‘A’ squad to take part in the upcoming Women’s Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2023.
Sathya Sandeepani will lead the Sri Lankan contingent while Malsha Shehani will work as her deputy in the tournament.
The squad was approved by the Honorable Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, Roshan Ranasinghe.
The Sri Lanka team will leave the country for Hong Kong on June 9 to take part in the tournament.

The tournament will kick off on the 12th of June with the participation of 8 teams from the region. Sri Lanka will play UAE, Bangladesh and Malaysia in the first round of the tournament.
