The Asian Table Tennis Union has selected Sri Lanka as the host for the South Asian Youth Table Tennis Championship 2024 which is set to take place from the 26th to 29th of May at the Kandy Municipal Council Indoor Stadium.
This prestigious competition is expected to draw top talent in the under-19 and under-15 categories for both boys and girls, competing in team and individual events.
Team events, including singles, doubles, and mixed doubles, will take place on May 26 and 27, followed by individual events on May 28 and 29, with the draw set to take place on May 25. The championship will adhere to the current Laws of Table Tennis and Regulations of International Competition.
Gold medals will be given to victors in both team and individual competitions in the under-19 and under-15 age divisions.
