The national selectors have announced a 15-member Sri Lanka Development Squad for the three-match T20 series against Uganda.
The 23-year old Nipun Dhananjaya has been assigned the captaincy duties. Dinura Kalupahana, Malsha Tharupathi and Garuka Sanketh who represented Sri Lanka in the recently concluded ICC Men’s U19 World Cup, have also made the cut.
The three-match T20 series between the sides will be played on the 28th and 30th of April as well as the 3rd of May at Galle International Cricket Stadium.
The Uganda Team will arrive in the island today (26th April).
