Minister of Sports Mahindananda Aluthgamage congratulated Anuradha Indrajith Cooray, the first Sri Lankan to compete in London Marathon, who won the 14th place among over 35,000 runners, the Ministry of Sports said.
Minister Aluthgamage in his message said the determination and the effort of Asia’s number one Marathon runner Indrajith Cooray has been honoured by the entire Sri Lankans while the President and the government of Sri Lanka joined at this cheerful moment to congratulate him.
