The maiden Sri Lanka Squash Federation open tournament under the new executive committee of 2015, will be played from 13th to 20th June 2015 at the Tamil Union Cricket & Athletic Club indoor courts. This tournament is a national ranking tournament with the participation of 302 men and women players.
Boy’s events are under the categories of under 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 and men’s categories are over 35, masters over 45, veterans over 50 and men’s open. Girl`s events are under the categories of under9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 and women’s open.
With the intention of the development and attraction of players to the game of squash, the organizing committee has included five novices’ events. Novice’s events under the boy`s category are under 11, 15 and men’s novices.
Events under the girl’s category are under 11 and 15. This will be followed by a busy SLSF calendar events.
