St. Bernardette’s Polgahawela will meet Lyceum Nugegoda in the final of the Singer Cup under 15 Division III Inter Schools Cricket Tournament on the 21st of October at Thurstan College Grounds, Colombo.
St. Bernardette’s Polgahawela advanced to the finals on a string of 1st innings wins against Kaikawala Central College in the quarter finals and St. Peter’s College ‘C’ Bambalapitiya in the semi-finals.
Where else the lads from Nugegoda have won both of their knockout games with the bonus point system, beating Piliyandala Central College in the quarters and Jaffna Central College in the semi-finals.
St. Bernadette’s Polgahawela will be led by Januka Ravishan Rathnasinghe and Lyceum International School Nugegoda will be led by Lashawn De Mel.
