Harindu Palihawadana’s century guided the home side to a formidable first innings score of 276 runs in just 35.5 overs. Then came the star of match Manula Perera, who bagged 6 for 7 in the first innings and came back in the second innings to bag 6 for 20. A 12 wicket haul for this youngster, certainly a good prospect for the future.
