Saegis Campus met National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) while Kothalawala Defence University (KDU) faced American National College (ANC) today at the Red Bull Campus Cricket Tournament Sri Lanka.

Saegis Campus won the toss and elected to bat first. Nipuna Gamage (75) and Shehan Fernando (53) had a good knock to finish the team’s innings at 254 for 8 in their respective 20 overs.
NIBM struggled against opposition bowling as they fell short at 124, all out in 18.1 overs.

KDU vs ANC
The Kothalawala Defence University (KDU) won the toss and put the American National College (ANC) team into bat first. ANC managed to get 104 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Leonard Leon top scored with 35 runs.
However the lads from KDU chased down the score posted by ANC in what became a very easy target for KDU who won on the match with the loss of only 2 wickets in just 8.2 overs.
ANC- 104/6 in 20 overs: Leonard Leon 35, Ravindu Uyanhewa 2-6.
KDU- 105/2 in 8.2 overs: Manula Jayasekara 33, Kavindu Perera 24, Roshmaal Fernando 1-9.
