Bloomfield registered an easy 92 run win over Lankan CC thanks to some brilliant spin bowling by Suraj Randiv and Upul Indrasiri in their Premier League match concluded at Bloomfield grounds yesterday.
Randiv claimed 6 for 69 while Indrasiri picked up 4 for 52 as Lankan CC were bowled out for 159 chasing 252 to win.

Wicket-keeper bat Rukshan Weerasinghe slammed a fighting 109 but was in vain as Saracens suffered an innings and 74 run win over Panadura in their Premier League match concluded at Panadura Esplanade yesterday.
In reply to Panadura’s first innings score of 470, Saracens made 174 and 221, 74 runs short of the first innings total of Panadura SC.

Ports Authority suffered their third defeat, second in a row as NCC crushed them by a comfortable 101 run in their Premier League match concluded at Colts grounds yesterday. Though it was not a commanding batting effort by the winners, their bowling lead by teenage sensation Tharindu Kaushal was brilliant as Ports Authority were restricted for 244 chasing 346 to win. Former U-19 cricketer Pushpakumara was unplayable as BRC were shot out for 61 runs in the second innings after managing 225 in the first innings.
