The Reds secured a stunning 2nd half comeback win over Police SC by 19 points to 6 at Police Park.
The first half saw the whole side taking a surprising lead over CR & FC by 6 points to 0. It was a resilient effort from the Cops who defended desperately, and the Reds struggled to maintain possession. Prince Chamara was the point scorer for Police SC.
For the visitors, Vice Captain Gemunu Chethiya came very close to scoring, but he unfortunately knocked it on at the half-an-hour mark.

In the second half, CR & FC managed to get their act together and scored their first try through Skipper Suhiru Anthony through a line-out.

They continued their dominance with another try through Skipper Anthony, who scored an under-the-post try. Yasas Kavindu converted the try. In the latter part of the game, Lasindu Karunathilaka put the icing on the cake while Ishan converted the try.
