The Pakistan National Men’s Cricket team will only play a 2-match Test series in Sri Lanka, as the 3-match ODI series between the sides has been scrapped.
The 3-match ODI series scheduled to be played between Sri Lanka and Pakistan was not part of the ICC World Cup Super League, therefore Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has decided to hold only the 2 Test matches.
The 2-match Test series, which is part of the 2021/2023 ICC World Test Championship, is scheduled be played between the two sides during July-August this year.
The Sri Lanka team is currently in Bangladesh to take part in a 2-match Test series, which will be played from 15th May to 27th May.
