Sri Lankan speedster Mohamed Shiraz has been added to the Sri Lankan ODI squad for the upcoming series against India.
The 29-year old seamer Shiraz has been included in the squad as an injury cover for Matheesha Pathirana.

Shiraz has played 47 List A games scalping 80 wickets at 17.52. He registered his best bowling figures in List A cricket yesterday (30th July), picking up 6 wickets for 21 runs for BRC in their encounter against Kurunegala YCC.

The three-match ODI series between Sri Lanka and India will be played on the 2nd, 4th and 7th August 2024 at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium in Colombo.
