The Netball Federation of Sri Lanka (NFSL) will host an International Netball tournament in May leading upto the Netball World Cup & the Asian Youth Netball Championships.
The Netball World Cup, for the National team, will be held from the 28th July to 6th August in Cape Town, South Africa. Asian Youth Netball Championship, for the Juniors, will be held from 10th June to 17th June in South Korea.

The teams participating in the tournament will be Maldives National Team, Kenyan Team, a Singapore Squad team and a Malaysian Youth team.
From Sri Lanka the National team, the Youth team and the Development team will participate. Altogether seven teams will be in action.
“The national team will tour Botswana for practice matches on their way to South Africa while the Youth team will also have practice matches with local teams,” added President of NFSL Victoria Lakshmi.
