BRC vs CCC
CCC took control of their match against BRC thanks to a superb 180 by Minod Bhanuka.
Bhanuka‘s knock enabled CCC to make a mammoth 498/7 declared after BRC was bowled out for 105 on the opening day.
Madawa Warnapura, Ashan Priyanjana and Lasith Abeyratne also made half centuries for CCC before BRC ended the day on 16/1.

NCC vs Moors
A magnificent all-round effort by NCC set themselves up for a comfortable outright win over a hapless Moors SC unit.
Chathuranga de Silva captured six first innings wickets to send Moors packing for 81 runs before NCC raced to 367/7 in just 59 overs.
Hasitha Boyagoda struck a century for NCC while Pathum Nishshanka made 84 to follow up on his 163 in the first innings.
Moors ended the day on 43/5 staring at a massive defeat with Sachintha Peiris picking up three wickets.

Jeevan Mendis – the hero from day 1 with 9 wickets – showed why he is one of the best all-rounders in the domestic circuit as he followed up a top bowling effort with an unbeaten century.
His 106* along with Sithara Gimhan’s century helped them to 377/8 at close of play. Imesh Udayanga captured six wickets for SLPA.
