Three groups each played a game on the second day of the Inter-international Cricket tournament, here’s the brief look into the summary of the games and scores.
Group A – Lyceum International School Wattala vs. Asian International School
Lyceum won the toss and decided to bat first. They have a strong batting line up which was looking excellent with the bat; they made 221/8 in their 30 overs. The Asian boys had a brilliant start but the constant fall of wickets stopped them from reaching their target; they could only score 186/8 in 30 overs.

Group B – British School vs. Lyceum International School Panadura
British School won the toss and chose to bat first. They made a steady 171/9 in 30 overs. With a strong batting line-up, the Lyceum batsmen were consistent throughout the game which led them to reach their target quite easily as they made 173/1 in just 21.5 overs.

Group D – Lyceum International School Nugegoda vs. Leeds International School
Leeds won the toss and chose to field first but it didn’t look like a very good decision by them in the beginning. Lyceum Nugegoda made 180/7 in 30 overs. In the second innings Leeds struggled with the bat and were all out for 105 in 24.3 overs.
