Sri Lankan batsman Kumar Sangakkara broke the legendary Sir Donald Bradman’s 66-year-old Test record here Saturday on way to scoring his 10th double century.
When Sangakkara reached 191 today during the fourth day’s play of their first Test against Pakistan, the left-hander surpassed Bradman for the record of the most scores of 190 and above in Test history. He made 221.

Sangakkara had completed his 37th Test century yesterday (August 8). Bradman scored 12 double centuries including 2 triples during his great 52-Test career.
