The Josephian Under 16’s got the better out of the Thomian Under 16’s winning 12-05, however, in the previous game, the Under 14’s of the Thomians got the better out of the Josephians 00-07 in the junior games played at at Havelock park.
The Thomian under-14’s ran away winners 00-07 In the first junior game played today against the Josephians. The game was a tight contests, however, the Juniors from Mount Lavinia got the only try to record a hard fought win.

The under-16’s encounter followed, a game which took a whole different look to it.
It was dominated by the youngsters from Maradana as they scored two early tries, taking a commanding 12-nil lead at half-time.

The Thomians managed to claw back through a try of their own in the second stanza, however, it was the Josephians who hung by the scruff of their teeth to register the much needed win.
