The three Japanese players adding strength to Wennapuwa New Youngs played a good game in Kurunegala to beat the home team Pelicans SC 3-0.

Don Bosco coming back with a good win played a combined game at Police Park. Police too played well but could not keep the same rhythm even after scoring the first goal at 11th minutes through Damith Pathirana. But they could not get the home advantage and let 2 goals for Don Bosco at the additional time of the first half in 46th and 48th minutes. Don Bosco scored through MEG Dural and WAP Silva respectively. At half time Don Bosco led 2-1 and managed to hold Police till the end to win by 2 -1.
