Reports coming in from the Sri Lanka National team are that Sri Lanka Army player and prolific goal scorer Mohamed Issadeen will retire at the end of the SAFF Suzuki Cup 2015.

Issadeen at the beginning of his illustrious career represented Ratnma SC and has been the top goal scorer in four of the last five seasons.

He was recalled to the National side after a lapse of two years for the SAFF Suzuki Cup but only made a substitute appearance against Nepal in the opening encounter.

Sri Lanka goalkeeper Sujan Perera confirmed the decision on his Facebook page with a post thanking Issadeen.
