The All-India Senior Selection Committee has picked India’s squads for the upcoming Mastercard Sri Lanka Tour of India to be held in January 2023.

Rohit Sharma will continue to lead India in ODIs while Hardik Pandya will lead the T20I side. The wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant has been dropped from both ODI and T20I squads while the veteran left-hand batter Shikhar Dhawan who had been a regular feature in Indian ODI setup failed to make the cut in ODI squad. Indian top order batter Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and KL Rahul have not been named in the T20I squad.
The tour will consist of 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is which will be played at 6 different venues in India. The T20I series will be played from 03rd to 07th January while the ODI leg of the tour will be played from 10th to 15th January.
