The Inaugural Inter Schools Under 19 Invitational T10 Cricket Tournament conducted by the Nalanda College’s Past Cricketers Association, will be held on 10th and 11th April.
All 36 teams playing in the U19 Schools Division 1 Cricket Tournament have been invited, where the final 32 teams which compete in this tournament will be decided in consultation with Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association (SLSCA).
The tournament will be held on the 10th and 11th of April in 4 venues; CCC, NCC, MCA and DSS Grounds. In the first round, there will be 16 matches played and the winners will advance to play in 8 Pre Quarter-fnals. The next stage of the knockout stage will comprise 4 Quarter-finals, 2 Semi-finals and the Final.
The winners of the tournament will receive a cash prize worth Rs. 250,000 along with the trophy and Cricket materials worth Rs.100,000, while the Runners-up will get a cash prize worth Rs. 100,000 and Cricket materials worth Rs. 75,000.
