Kumar Dharmasena recently held a workshop for the Level I / II domestic umpires at the SLC headquarters.
The ICC Elite Umpire took time to educate the umpires on the topics of Preparation before a match, Concentration , Improving your focus through routines, Practice makes Perfect, Positive personal belief, Anticipate challenge, Staying calm under pressure, and overcoming set backs.
Kumar also answered questions that were put forward by the participants to improve in their umpiring.
The session was initiated by the Chairman Interim Committee Mr. Sidath Wettimuny.
