Saracens made a sedate 244/6 in 91 overs with Minhaj Jaleel making a useful half century. Andy Solomons and Harsha Cooray also chipped in with 40’s while Ashen Bandara remained unbeaten on 38*.
Former Sri Lanka under 19 quick Charith Jayampathi was impressive with his left arm pace, picking up three wickets for Ports Authority.

Ragama vs BRC
Ragama CC’s horrible batting displays continued as they were cleaned up for a paltry 129 against BRC.
Himesh Ramanayake bowled an impressive spell to pick up his second five wicket haul of the season for BRC, while Suraj Randiv chipped in with two.
Ragama CC however hit back with some late strikes to restrict BRC to 110/6 at close, with Ishan Jayaratne and Nishan Peiris sharing five wickets between them.

Lahiru Udara and Bhanuka Rajapakse put on an unbroken 251 run partnership for the 1st wicket, with both batsmen making delightful centuries.
Earlier in the day, Colts were bowled out for just 127 with Lasith Embuldeniya capturing another five wicket haul.
Lahiru Kumara bowled a hostile spell early on to capture four scalps, as NCC dominated day one from word go.

Chilaw vs SSC
The title clash was heading only one way when Ashen Silva and Shehan Jayasuriya put on 245 for the first wicket against SSC for Chilaw Marians.
Shehan Jayasuriya hit an explosive 146 while Ashen Silva made a patient 105 as Chilaw ended the day on 337/8 losing 8/92 in the latter part of the day.
Left arm quick Akthab Cader’s late spell kept SSC in the match as he picked up three wickets while Sachithra Senanayake chipped in with two.
SSC will need to make a big first innings score and might even need an innings win now to topple Chilaw from their number one position.
