The FFSL has appointed a committee comprising Chairman, Rtd. Senior DIG KPP Pathirana [Chairman Competitions Committee] ,Brigadier Dammika Kariyawasam ,SSP Pathmasiri Munasinghe [Ex-co members] as members and Rumi Packeer Ali [Director Technical ,Former National Captain] Mr. A. Anthonypilali [Director Competitions and Former National Captain] to assist in a move to facts finding and investigate the SAFF cup debacle in Nepal.
Accordingly the FFSL President Mr. Ranjith Rodrigo has informed the Hon. Minister of Sports Mahindananda Althgamage too.
The Committee has commenced hearing from the officials and will continue to call players etc. The Federation is calling the all Executive Committee members and media to present their views to this committee.
The findings and reconditions of this Committee will be forwarded to the FFSL Executive committee to take necessary actions to be implemented.
