Fairfirst Insurance emerged as the new league winner of the 30th Singer-MCA Super League 2023.
Fairfirst Insurance who made their debut in the tournament won the league title, registering 6 wins in 7 games. obtaining a total of 24 points, including 06 bonus points.
Fairfirst Insurance led by Modhita Ranatunga defeated CL Synergy by 136 runs at Colts and registered a convincing 76-run win over Hayleys Group at MCA Grounds. The victorious Fairfirst Insurance team’s only loss came against CDB Finance at Katunayake.
Fairfirst Insurance team’s next victories were registered against HNB (won by 43 runs), John Keels (won by 6 wickets), Mode Engineering (won by 5 wickets) and BBK Partnership (won by 6 wickets).
After the successful league round the teams are now heading towards the knock out tournament from the quarter finals.
