BMS overcame a hapless IIT team by 6 wickets at the Thurstan College Grounds in the opening game of day 3 of the Red Bull Campus cricket tournament 2015 while the second game was called off due to heavy rain in Colombo.

Business Management School(BMS) won the toss and had no hesitation in sending in the opposition with a lot of dark clouds around. Informatics Institute of Technology(IIT) managed to make only 96 runs with Dinuk Wickramanayake, more known for his batting, finishing with top figures of 6/19 with his right arm off breaks. Kalana Dilshan was the only man to hang around a bit for IIT as he ended up with 14 runs.

BMS looked positive from the outset in the pursuit of 97 runs and they reached the target with 7 overs to spare. Former Anandian first eleven skipper, Geshan Wimaladharma top scored with 40 runs for BMS while Damien Nadian made 17. Chathura Wijeratne picked 2 wickets for IIT.
