The preliminary rounds of the ABA Men & Women Clifford cup boxing meet came to an end yesterday at the Sugathadasa Indoor stadium, Colombo.
It was as usual an exciting two days of boxing with boxers giving it there all within the ropes to earn them of the title. With 50 bouts being held in the preliminary stage of this meet with 40 men’s bouts and 10 women’s bouts the competition will only get hotter as the best of the best boxers surface as they progress to the final stages of this boxing meet for the historic Clifford cup.
The meet is to be held till the 31st of October at the Sugathadasa indoor stadium, Colombo.
