David Pieris Group of Companies (DPGC) has extended its sponsorship of the Mercantile ‘E’ Division Cricket Tournament for the 22nd consecutive year. This is the second longest sponsorship in the Mercantile Cricket Association (MCA) tournament history.
The official handing over of the sponsorship took place on the 29th January at the Legends Wing Hall in Mercantile Cricket Association with the participation of Mr. Samantha Silva, Executive Director, David Peiris Group of Companies, Mr. Manjula de Silva, Deputy Chief Officer, Parts and Accessories of David Peiris Group of Companies, Ajantha Premasiri, Chief Marketing Officer, Assetline Finance, Mahesh de Alwis, MCA President, Sirosha Gunathilaka, Vice President & Chairman of Cricket Academy & Cricket Development Committee of MCA, Rohan Somawansha, MCA Chief Secretary.

The 22nd David Pieris Group of Companies sponsored, “DPGC” Challenge Trophy MCA- “E” Division 25 Over League Tournament 2025 got off to a start on the 4th January with 14 teams participating pooled into 03 groups.
