Current players of the Sri Lanka cricket team Dasun Shanaka, Wanindu Hasaranga, and Akila Dhananjaya have stepped out to help the people who are suffering from difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Today (6th April), Allrounder Hasaranga and left-arm spinner Malinda Pushpakumara joined to aid people by distributing dry rations to families in the Matara district.
Meanwhile, Akila Dhananjaya and Dasun Shanaka have also helped people who have found it difficult to find essential goods in their respective districts.
It is commendable to see that the cricketers have taken the forefront among the sportsman in the country to aid people and families at such a time.
