Sri Lanka came to bat with a mountain to climb and it got steep as Niroshan Dickwella was dismissed for just 7 runs with in 5 overs. However, Kusal Mendis joined Dhanushka Gunathilaka, guiding the Lankans towards safety. It was Kusal’s incredible 89 which helped Sri Lanka and won him the man of the match award along with it.
