Sri Lankan 400m hurdler and national champion Aravinda Chathuranga won gold at the 62nd Kedah open track and field championship held in Malaysia on Saturday.
He clocked 52.92 when winning the gold medal. Silver medal went to Firdaus Mazalan (54.72 seconds) while Amirul Fauzi (57.13 seconds) finished third.
