Minister of Tourism and Sports Navin Dissanayake has appointed a Board of Inquiry comprising Mr. Ravi Algama (Attorney-at-Law), Mr. Jaliya Bodinagoda (Attorney-at-Law), and Mr. Varuna Mallawaarachchi (Attorney-at-Law) to probe investigate inquire and report on any corruption, abuse of power and authority by any Office Bearer/ Office Bearers and members of the Committee of former Executive Committee of Sri Lanka Cricket.
The Board of Inquiry commenced its sitting today (26) at the Sri Lanka Cricket Headquarters and are expected to conduct it inquiries expeditiously and submit the report to the Minister at the earliest.
The sittings of the Board of Inquiry will be held at the National Olympic Committee.
