Sri Lanka Cricket announced two squads to take on England in their two warm-up games ahead of the three-match Test series which starts on 6th November in Galle.
Both the practice matches will be two-day matches played at two different venues – NCC and CCC on 30th and 31st October and 1st and 2nd November respectively.
Kaushal Silva, who is set for a comeback to the Test opening slot will play both the matches while speedster Lahiru Kumara will prove his fitness, following an ankle injury which kept him out of the Asia Cup and limited-overs leg against England.

Angelo Mathews, who was axed from the limited-overs teams after he was sacked from captaincy will also play the first practice match.
Middle-order batsman Roshen Silva, who is also in the Test squad named for the three-Test matches have been named in both the squads. He started off his career brilliantly, but has not managed a half-century in his last 10 Test innings.
Discarded batsman Lahiru Thirimanne will lead the team in both matches.
