Belvoir College International secured 30 medals overall including 10 gold, nine silver and 11 bronze medals at the ISKF and AJSIKS National Karate Championship held at the S. Thomas’ College courts in Mt. Lavinia recently.
The karatekas of Belvoir International performed extremely well to win the first place at several events of the championship.
The young students were coached by Master Ruwan Satharasinghe under the sports coordinator Tissa Dissanayake and the director of the school Dr. Egerton Senanayake. – NA
